1. Digital Subscription Access
ExamPrepWay offers digital learning services, including premium questions, mock tests, explanations, analytics, and study tools. Access may begin immediately after successful payment confirmation.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be reviewed if there is a duplicate payment, technical payment error, or premium access is not activated after successful payment and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be available after substantial use of premium content, completed mock tests, downloaded/consumed digital material, misuse of account access, or change of mind after successful activation.
4. Cancellation
Subscription plans are valid for the duration shown at checkout. Cancelling or not using the service does not automatically create a refund unless the case qualifies under this policy.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or payment gateway, subject to gateway and banking timelines.
6. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@examprepway.com with your registered email, payment ID/order ID, plan name, payment date, and issue details.
